New This Week–Plums & Risotto
New this week! I am on a quest to try something new each week. It might be a food, a cooking method, a product, a new location, or anything really. I want to enjoy the life around me and expand my knowledge base.
So this week, a couple of new items jumped in the grocery cart: plums and arborio rice (the rice used to make risotto). I realized I have never eaten a fresh plum and I have always wanted to make risotto. So this week is the week! Check back next week to see the result.
