• Isaiah 49:1-51:23

“I, I am He who comforts you; who are you that you are afraid of man who dies, of the son of man who is made like grass” –Isaiah 51:12, ESV

Day and day out, we face the world in all it’s shades. From shadows of the past to hopes for the future, life rolls through at varying paces. And in our flesh, we tend to be distracted. We allow the things we see to create fear and worry. There are so many potential distractions it is easy to look away. It is understandable…or is it?

The Lord God is mightier than all of the distractions. He created this world. He knows the appeal of addressing the things we can see before trusting the One we cannot. And He believes we can do it. The God of the universe believes you can believe Him. If He believes in you, what else could you fear?
